Recently we saw maverick filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali being questioned as he was summoned to the Bandra Police Station. Reports were that Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who has been receiving hate for over a month now was also supposed to be questioned.
Now, according to a report in DNA, Mumbai Police has officially denied the news, and cleared that Salman will not be interrogated in the case. Earlier his former manager Reshma Shetty was summoned by the cops. Others interrogated include Mukesh Chhabra, Sanjana Sanghi, Rhea Chakraborty, Mahesh Shetty and his family.
Meanwhile, after Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise, many biggies from Bollywood have become targets for haters. They are accused of side-lining Sushant and putting him into depression. Salman Khan was also subjected to hate alongside Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor and others.
Salman had even reacted to the same and told his fans to not react harshly to the hate coming his way. He told then to support his family in a tough time.
“A request to all my fans to stand with Sushant’s fans n not to go by the language n the curses used but to go with the emotion behind it. Pls support n stand by his family n fans as the loss of a loved one is extremely painful,” Salman Khan wrote.
However, Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on June 14. The actor was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment. Early investigations had said that the actor was battling depression for a long time. All the chances of wrongdoings were also overruled later.
