The Celebrity Cricket League is not less of any drama, when Mumbai Heroes lost the semi-finals, this led to a lot of tongues wagging over the reason for their loss. The team owned by Sohail Khan was plagued with internal conflicts between the Captain Suniel Shetty and player Aftab Shivdasani.
According to leading daily, the team’s ambassador Salman Khan was a witness to these rifts in the team and wasn’t surprised when the team’s captain walked out of the main matches. Apparently it was Suniel Shetty’s final words on the game plan that did not go well with Aftab.
The team after a brief success in the tournament, lost out on the biggie semi-final to Karnataka Bulldozers. The same daily reported of Suniel Shetty exiting the game on account of ill-health of his father although had he played the semi-finals, the team’s chances of winning could have been better.
