Mission Mangal is one of the biggest Bollywood grossers of all time as the film is strongly heading towards the 200 crores mark. The film which talks about ISRO scientists’ great achievement has been loved by the audience and now even the Maharashtra government has acknowledged its positive instinct.
The good news is that the state government of Maharashtra has declared the Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan led film tax-free. The film is already doing amazing business in Maharashtra and this latest development will only help more people to come out and watch the film, especially in 3rd week when the film will be facing competition from Saaho.
Mission Mangal has done a business of more than 170 crores in 13 days and has broken the records of several big films like Race 3, Baaghi 2, Dabangg 2 and is on the way to challenge Akshay Kumar’s biggest grosser 2.0 which earned 188 crores at the box office last year.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar was seen playing the doting son as he spent time with his mother Aruna Bhatia, who is recovering from knee surgery.
