Ajay Devgn may be busy with his choc-o-bloc schedule with projects like Bhuj: The Pride Of India, Tanhaji & RRR, but the actor seem to be all sorted for yet another production. The actor is reuniting with Abhishek Bachchan and Ileana D’Cruz for an upcoming real-life story and here’s all we know about it.
A recent report by Mumbai Mirror suggest the same, further revealing that the creative director of Devgn’s Total Dhamaal, Kookie Gulati, will be helming the project. The project is said to be based on real-life incidents and Ajay will be backing it, with Junior Bachchan and Ileana in leads.
“It is based on real events that took place between 1990 and 2000 and changed India’s financial fabric. Ajay loved the subject and immediately agreed to back it. Ileana has a very strong role in the film but isn’t paired opposite Abhishek. The team is on the lookout for an actress to be paired with him. The film will go on the floors by the year-end,” a source close to the development revealed.
We wish Ajay could be amongst the leads in project too because that would be one cast to look forward to!
Ajay was last seen in on big screen with Abhishek in Rohit Shetty’s Bol Bachchan and Ileana in Raj Kumar Gupta’s Raid, both of which were received rave reviews by the audiences.
Meanwhile, the Singham star is currently shooting for Bhuj: The Pride Of India, which also features Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Parineeti Chopra and Ammy Virk.
