2019 has been one of the best years for Prithviraj Sukumaran on the professional front. The actor made his debut as a director early this year with blockbuster hit Lucifer which had Mollywood megastar Mohanlal in lead. Following which Prithvi was seen in a pivotal role in Pathinettam Padi along with none other than Mammootty. The Mollywood actor also garnered rave reviews for his performance in Brothers Day which released in September.
Prithviraj who was recently all present at a press meet of his latest release Driving Licence revealed that post his directional debut Lucifer, he received a big offer to direct none other than Thalaivar aka Rajinikanth in a film. But following his upcoming release Aadujeevitham he had to let go of the offer and he regrets the same.
The actor also stated that he wrote a lengthy sorry note to Rajinikanth for not taking up the project.
It was early this month when Prithviraj had announced that he will be taking a 3 months long break as a part of his character in Aadujeevitham.

Aadujeevitham is helmed by Blessy and it is been bankrolled by K G Abraham under Visual Romance banner.
The music for the film will be composed by the legendary AR Rahman.
The Prithviraj starrer also has Amala Paul, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aparna Balamurali along others in pivotal roles.
Apart from Aadujeevitham, Prithviraj also has Ayyapanum Koshium with actor Biju Menon in lead. The film is helmed by director Sachy, and it is been bankrolled under banner of Gold Coin Motion Picture Company.
