Avengers: Endgame’s Co-Director Joe Russo Urges Netflix To Step-Up & Make A Film Out Of ‘Community’

Joe Russo is known for co-directing Avengers: Endgame along with brother, Anthony Russo. The Russo Brothers have given mammoth box office hit with Endgame and have kinda established a niche for themselves with superhero movies.

Besides, Avengers, the Russo brothers are willing to help Community series stars. For the unversed,  the series Community is getting a renewal on Netflix and coming as film helmed by the Russo Brothers. Talking to the Collider, Joe revealed that they would be more than happy to help the stars.

“We’d certainly be willing to do it. I mean, we love our Community family. That cast, we’re all still very close to all of them. It’s certainly schedule-dependent for us, but I believe there will be a Community movie, especially now that it’s doing so well in streaming that somebody like Netflix could step-up and make that movie,” said Joe.

With most of the shootings installed in Hollywood, the Russo Brothers now have the time to back up a film project like Community. ‘Marvel’ has also rescheduled the release of their upcoming film due to the pandemic. Not just that, the creator of the show, Dan Harmon should also think of redeveloping it in a film.

If at all the project happens, that would be a huge thing for all the fans. Dan’s writing and Russo Brother’s backing the project is like a dream come true for all the fans out there!
