We often wonder looking at Kriti’s skin as to what’s the secret behind this beauty. Today we are here and spilling the beans about her flawless skin and beauty. Kriti swears by wearing sunscreen and revealed that she doesn’t leave home without applying it. She told Femina, “I can’t do without sunscreen. Sun can cause serious damage to your skin and the only way you can counter that is by using sunscreen.”
She always removes her makeup before going to bed and says, “I use a mild cleanser to remove all the makeup and properly wash my face every night. No matter how tired I am, I never go to sleep with makeup on.”
She keeps her skin moisturised. Kriti never steps out without moisturising her face and hands. She keeps herself hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day. To detoxify her body she have healthy vegetable and fruit juices.
Kriti swears by homemade facepacks and that’s one of the important factors behind her glowing skin. “The face packs that my mother makes with besan (gram flour) and turmeric or some dal (lentils) and almonds to which she adds a little cream have done wonders for my skin. It’s perfectly safe to use these natural ingredients and trust me they are quite effective.”
She doesn’t binge on junk much but instead eat fruits and dryfruits. “I generally avoid oily and spicy food. I eat more of fresh fruits and salads. I also try and include dried fruits such as almonds and walnuts in my diet.”
Kriti is a huge workout fanatic. She does pilates and yoga on a regular basis to keep her body and mind healthy.
