Verity Worldwide Box Office: Anne Hathaway’s Film Surpasses The End Of Oak Street, Becomes Her 3rd Highest Grosser Of 2026

Anne Hathaway and Dakota Johnson’s film, Verity, has entered its third week at the box office. The film has been pushed out of the top 5 at the US box office amid mixed audience reactions. In its opening week, the film dominated the domestic box office. However, with new releases entering theatres and fewer shows available, the film has lost its sheen at the box office.

The Colleen Hoover adaptation is suffering from an underwhelming box-office run due to mixed audience reactions. Despite the dip in collections, Anne Hathaway has achieved a new milestone with Verity. The film has surpassed the worldwide total of the actress’s previous release, The End of Oak Street.

Verity Surpasses The End Of Oak Street

On its third Friday, Verity earned $2.08 million at the US box office. While this marked a massive jump in collections over its Thursday total, the film’s ranking dropped from #2 to #6. The film also lost 500 shows on Friday to new releases. Its domestic total now stands at $61.9 million. The movie has collected $60.2 million from overseas markets, bringing its worldwide total to $122.2 million.
Anne Hathaway’s latest release, Verity, has now surpassed the worldwide total of The End of Oak Street. Hathaway’s previous release had collected $121.6 million worldwide. With this, Verity has become the third-highest-grossing film featuring Anne Hathaway released this year.
