Join UsAnushka Sharma’s latest horror flick Pari has been managing to amass some scares at the box office. After crossing the 15 crore mark on its 1st weekend, the movie is eyeing to stay stable over the weekdays.
Pari, surely, has witnessed a drop in its collections but given it has stepped in weekends, the decline is natural. It has collected 1.87 crores on its 1st Tuesday and now stands at the grand total of 19.35 crores. Anushka Sharma as Rukhsana has nailed her performance as a woman having supernatural powers.
The movie opened to mixed reviews but given the genre, it has been holding its ground at the box office. Pari was declared unfit for public exhibition by a panel followed by Central Board of Film Censors’ (CBFC) full board review in Pakistan as it flouts various sections of the existing rules and code of CBFC and innumerable dialogues and scenes are against the established religious, social and moral ethos.

Directed by debutant Prosit Roy, the horror film is jointly produced by Anushka’s Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment.
This is Anushka’s third project as a producer after NH10 and Phillauri. Pari, which released on Friday, also stars Bengali actor Parambrata Chatterjee.
