The Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Holiday had a great opening in the overseas circuit according to early estimates. The film’s performance in the UAE-GCC circuit was massive. On its opening day (Thursday), the film collected as good as 1.34 crores at the Box Office.

The film recorded Highest Thursday opening ever for any Akshay Kumar film.

The action drama which stars Akshay in the role of a defense officer proved to be a crowd puller in the International marker. Holiday has already over taken the business of Akshay’s previous films such as Housefull 2 and Singh Is King in the Thursday openings of UAE-GCC circuit.
