Happy New Year is on the brink of making it to the 200 crore club post its third weekend. The film showed a good jump on its third Sunday and collected approximately 2.70 crores. It now stands with a total collection of 199 crores at the domestic box office. The film is performing exceptionally well in the overseas circuit too.

The Shah Rukh Khan film in its third weekend, faced stiff competition from the Hollywood release Interstellar and also The Shaukeens, yet it managed to hold a good pace. It is clear that the film will be raking in over 200 crores by the end of its 4th Monday. This will be Shah Rukh Khan’s second successive film to make it to 200 crores at the domestic box office.
