The cast reunites with the OG Ghostbusters cast in this movie, including Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, and Annie Potts. According to Variety, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire has been released in 4345 theatres in North America. The movie earned an impressive $45.2 million in its opening weekend. It was expected to earn around $42 million but exceeded expectations. Directed by Gil Kenan, the film has earned the top spot at the domestic box office. It has made $16.4 million from 25 markets, earning $61.6 million globally.
