The Jungle Book has taken a big leap at the Box Office in India. The film collected 6.37 crores on its 2nd Tuesday which is better than its Monday collections of 5.09 crores. Of course, Tuesday being a partial holiday in many parts of India, the audience chose the Hollywood flick.
With this, the total collection of the movie stands at a whopping 113.70 crores and it has surpassed the lifetime collections of Furious 7 in India [108 crores].
With an amazing response from the Indian audience, The Jungle Book is now the highest Hollywood grosser in India. What’s more impressive is that the film stayed unaffected by Shah Rukh’s Fan which released last Friday.
The Jungle Book stars Neel Sethi as Mowgli and has voice-overs of Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley and Edris Elba.
