Aamir Khan and his dream project Mahabharat is making news for a long time now. The multi-film series is touted to be the biggest film ever in the Indian film history, and Aamir is leaving no stone unturned to make it as good as the audience wants it to be.
There have been several reports around the massive budget of the film, it’s star cast and director. While one thing is sure that the series is being set on a humongous scale, nothing in the star cast apart from Aamir Khan is confirmed yet.
However, there’s a major development regarding the project and it’s Vijayendra Prasad almost joining it. Yes, as per the reports doing rounds, the Baahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan writer may soon come on board for Mahabharat and that makes us even more excited for the upcoming multi-film series.
In a conversation with Koimoi Vijayendra Prasad confirmed that he is currently in an initial conversation with Aamir Khan. “We are just in initial conversation and nothing has been finalised” he said. Well, we hope the things will be finalised soon. But guess, that’s enough to make our and your day. Right?
Meanwhile, there’s still nothing confirmed about the release date and shooting schedule of the film. Guess, we’ll have to wait more for that.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha. The official remake of Tom Hanks’ Oscar-winning cult classic Forrest Gump. It also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and is directed by Advait Chandan.
It was recently reported that among the several historical incidents that Laal Singh Chaddha will be delving in, it will also have a sequence about the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic. The film is expected to continue with additional inputs in the screenplay once the lockdown comes to an end.
