Mouni Roy is all set for the release of her another Bollywood film titled Made In China. The actress is seen alongside Rajkummar Rao. She will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra in which she plays a villain. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles.
In Brahmastra, the RAW actress will be playing a villain. Everyone is quite excited to see the Naagin actress play a baddie in the lives of Alia, Ranbir and Big B’s characters in the film.
In an interview with DNA, Mouni Roy was asked how was the experience of working in Brahmastra. She said, “I am the antagonist to Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan ji. As a villain, you have to obviously show fury and enmity towards them. That was extremely tough because I have looked up to Amitabh ji as a hero ever since my teenage years. Not only was I performing in front of him but also had to show rage.”
About how she prepared, Roy shared, “I had to prepare myself a lot! It was hard but now I really look forward to seeing it on the screen. The audience will see me in a new avatar.”
Well, we can’t wait to see her negative avatar in Brahmastra next year.
Coming to Made in China, the film also stars Sumit Vyas, Boman Irani and Gajraj Rao. It is all set to release in Diwali this year.
