Join UsIt was quite shocking when Ram Gopal Varma did not land up at the condolence meet of Jiah Khan. RGV for whom Jiah was his protege, decided to pay an unusual tribute by making a two minute film on the deceased actress.
Plucking out fond memorabilias from Jiah’s debut film Nishabd, her character had opined to Amitabh Bachchan, Zindagi Ko Lite Lene Ka. The quote that follows from Varma is both heart breaking and fascinating, that a cynical Ramu has been pained so deeply by Jiah’s Death.
The video titled, ‘The Real and The Reality of Jiah‘ is a farewell note from Ramu to the actress he launched in his film. Creating an indomitable and bold impression, Jiah’s debut was hard to be fazed out in a long time! Lamenting the fact that the director never worked with the actress again, they definitely shared a close personal bond which never culminated on screen again!
Heartbroken and emotional, a leading daily reported Ramu could not bring himself to attend Jiah’s funeral. The video will fondly remind one of Jiah’s free spirited nature which was bruised so deeply that she drastically ended her life.
