Season 3 of Netflix’s romantic comedy Nobody Wants This shifts what the series asks about its central couple. All 10 half-hour episodes arrived on October 22, 2026. The question is no longer whether Joanne and Noah belong together, but what they build next. The complication that we saw between Morgan and Sasha continues to build.

Nobody Wants This Season 3 Plot

Joanne (Kristen Bell) and Noah (Adam Brody) move in together. She starts converting to Judaism and he hopes to return to Temple Chai. Noah wins the senior rabbi position after a speech at the congregation’s Rosh Hashanah service. Joanne takes an Introduction to Judaism course taught by Rabbi Eden (Sarah Silverman), where classmate Sebastien (Andrew Rannells) gets under her skin. At their housewarming, Joanne discovers the neighbor is her ex, Travis. Noah then proposes on a trip to Napa, and she says yes. Bina wants a far larger celebration than the couple imagines, and also begins to forcefully take control of the wedding preparations.

Meanwhile, Esther earns her real estate license, meets a divorced father named Julian, and the two agree to be exclusive. Morgan, working on a book proposal, gets an invitation to Watch What Happens Live in New York and asks Sasha to come. After a night out, they sleep together, and she leaves on an early flight home. Back in LA, Morgan admits she loves him, but he isn’t sure he can handle it. At Christmas, Sasha says he wants to go back to being friends, and Morgan tells Noah she won’t attend future events if Sasha is there.

Warning: Spoilers ahead for Nobody Wants This Season 3

Nobody Wants This Season 3 Ending explained

What Happens At The Malibu House?

Morgan says she’ll skip Joanne’s mikvah if Sasha is there. Joanne and Noah trick her into riding with him, and Morgan sprains her ankle on the walk, so Sasha carries her in. Lynn hints that Morgan and Sasha need to work things out after New York. Esther asks directly whether they slept together, and when the truth comes out she reveals she slept with Sasha the day before. Bina and Lynn begin to argue, and Rabbi Eden takes Joanne and Noah down to the beach.

Why Does Joanne Convert?

She explains that she first considered it for Noah, then continued because of him, and now wants it for herself. She wants to see the world with his forgiving outlook and to give their future children traditions to hold on to. She enters the ocean alone and recites the blessing as Noah and Eden watch.

Do Joanne & Noah Get Married?

After the mikvah, Noah asks whether Eden can marry them right there. They have a ring of Joanne’s, Eden lends Noah hers, and she has wine and a ketubah in her car. A passerby who happens to be Jewish becomes their witness. The episode ends as Eden begins the ceremony. Netflix’s Tudum confirms that the co-showrunners say they end the season as husband and wife.

What Happens To Morgan, Sasha & Esther?

Sasha tells Morgan he doesn’t feel emotionally safe pursuing a relationship with her after his marriage ended. The night before the mikvah, Esther visits his new place and they sleep together without agreeing to get back together. She says she isn’t sure she wants to stop seeing Julian. The finale doesn’t reveal whether Julian knows. Morgan and Sasha don’t agree to a relationship before the season ends.

Is There A Season 4 Of Nobody Wants This?

Netflix hadn’t announced a renewal at the time of this writing. But I do believe that there is a lot more story to tell. Things with Morgan, Sasha and Esther are not tied up, and with Noah and Joanne’s secret marriage, it will certainly be interesting to see how Bina accepts her new daughter-in-law.
