In this season, on his return to the city of angels, he will face a lot more challenges as his ‘evil’ twin brother Micheal is also trying to woo the detective – only to get back at our favourite Casanova.

He said shooting the musical episode, Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam, was some of the most fun he’s had on the show. The devil said, “It was by far and away the most fun I have had doing anything on a set ever!”

Tom Ellis continued, “Singing and dancing make me very happy, so when we filmed on a high school football field with 100 background dancers to the music of Queen, let’s just say I felt like I’d won a competition to live out my dream.”

The series has included musical segments before but this ten will be the first time Lucifer will embrace an all-singing, all-dancing tone throughout. Little is known about the plot of the episode.

Lucifer originally aired on Fox but was cancelled after three seasons. Netflix picked up the show for a fourth, fifth and, now sixth outing (season 5 part 2).
