As we all know, the show during its run, stirred up several controversies and was eventually called off despite garnering good television ratings. As per the format, one has to answer the truth of some personal questions in front of people. Apart from mincing sour words on the reality show, Kambli also shared about Sachin’s farewell speech post last test match, where he didn’t even mention his name while thanking everyone. “I am deeply hurt. I was expecting my name to be part of his farewell speech. If anything for our famous partnership. Its that world record partnership that was the turning point of our careers. That’s when everyone came to know who is Vinod and Sachin. I had a hand in that and our careers started from there. I thought he could have mentioned that part at least,” he spoke with Headlines Today in 2013.
