The official teaser trailer of Carol starring Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara in lead roles is out. Set against the glamorous backdrop of 1950s New York, Carol is an achingly beautiful depiction of love against the odds. It deals with a married woman who risks everything when she embarks on a romance with a younger department store worker.

Directed by Todd Haynes, the film is slated to release on November 27, 2015.
