Pop diva Britney Spears is better known for her fluctuating diets these days than her new singles. After experimenting through tons of diet plans, we hear the actress has now found herself a new fitness regime. The 33 year-old singer shot for her Pretty Girls music video in April and was “horrified” to watch her untouched photographs from the sets of the song.
Thus calling it a ‘wake up call’ of sorts, the singer immediately turned to a new diet and fitness regime and ever since has lost 12 pounds of weight. The “Toxic” singer told her friends that she felt the “biggest she’s ever been” at the time so she immediately improved her workouts and banned junk food from her home.
Lets, not forget the last time Britney lost 15 pounds in four weeks in 2012 she was on a low crab diet with a strict fitness regime. It was this same low-carb diet that later gained her oodles of weight. According to her previous diet charts, the singer even gave up on her favorite Starbucks Frappes as well but it is her cheat meals that led to her gaining more weight in the process.
It will be interesting to see how this new plan works out for this pop star.
