O Teri after opening with a low occupancy in the morning failed to pick up later in the day too. The film performed extremely poor, in fact, the collections are lowest among the other releases namely Youngistaan and Dishkiyaoon. It collected approx 75 lakhs on its first day.
The film starring Pulkit Samrat of Fukrey fame and newbie Bilal Amrohi failed to impress the critics. Also since the film lacked on the star value and a disappointing script, it could not pull crowds. Usually a savior for films, the music of O Teri also did not create much hype.
Since Dishkiyaoon had a wider screen count among the three, the film performed better than O Teri and Youngistaan. The film might pick up over the weekend, however it is not expected to cook up huge opening weekend figures!
