It is likely to break Shah Rukh’s existing opening-day record held by Jawan (128.1 crore).

Till now, no Bollywood actor has delivered three 100 crore openers globally, and now, with King, Shah Rukh Khan is ready to script history. Pathaan was his first 100-crore opener, with a 104.26-crore gross on day 1. Jawan marked its second-century opener with a 128.1 crore gross. With King, he’s likely to score another 100 crore opener, making it three for him. After Dhurandhar 2 and Ramayana, it might even become Bollywood’s third 150 crore opener.
