Yash Raj Films’ Mere Brother Ki Dulhan opened to impressive houses this (9 September) morning. The initial generally ranged from 60-80% but was even 100% at several centres in North India. For instance Silver City and Movie World multiplexes at Ghaziabad drew full houses in the morning shows – and this in spite of heavy rains. Even at Spice multiplex, Noida, the four morning shows were all packed to capacity.
The hit songs and the colourful look of the film seem to have lured the audiences to the cinemas resulting in the good initial.
