In a recent interview with Canada’s The Morning Show [via THR], Gary Oldman claimed that Jack Lowden has been shortlisted for James Bond‘s role. Speaking about it, he said, “It’s been rumored that [Lowden] is on the shortlist.” He continued, “We’re going to find out pretty soon, aren’t we? Because they have picked him. They have made their choice, but they have not announced it yet. So my fingers are crossed for Jack.” Dune maker Denis Villeneuve will be directing the next James Bond Movie with Steven Knight writing the script.
