The film which in its 1st week made a total of 53.70 crores collected 4 crores on its 2nd Friday and on its 2nd Saturday, the film earned 5.30 crores. With that Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’s total earnings has snowballed to 63 crores so far.
The film is a perfect tribute to the living legend Milkha Singh, who rose to fame in the world sports despite coming from a scarred background of pain and trauma. Farhan Akhtar’s portrayal of the titular figure is overwhelming and gaining praises from all and sundry which is Bhaag Milkha Bhaag‘s highlight point.
