People still haven’t moved on from the demise of their favourite actor, Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor died by suicide on June 14 by hanging himself at his house in Bandra. The police are still investigating the case. They have interrogated a lot of people so far. The post mortem reports mentioned that the Raabta actor died by suicide and there was no foul play.

Post Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, many of his friends revealed that the actor was in depression for the past few months. There are other speculations regarding the reason why he took such a drastic step. But the police have not confirmed any of those yet. Now Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut shared his views on Rajput’s death and made some shocking statements.

As reported by DNA, in the party’s mouthpiece newspaper Saamana, Sanjay Raut said that it is not right to blame the film industry for his death. About nepotism, Raut stated that not just Bollywood, it exists even in cricket or politics. He also said Sushant was mentally not stable. Raut mentioned, “Sushant was is isolation for a few days. He was mentally not stable. ‘Due to failure,’ he committed suicide at his Bandra residence. This has exposed the mafia system and nepotism of Bollywood.”

Sanjay Raut further added, “Kangana Ranaut exposed the face of nepotism in Bollywood, Sonu Nigam also raised his voice over nepotism in the music industry. But point to be noted is that new people do come in this industry, they make a name for themself, only hard work is that matters here. The struggle is a part, people who stay and continue with their efforts, make a name for themselves.”

The media has been covering the death of Sushant Singh Rajput extensively. Social media has also gone berserk since his death and many people have bashed Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan and some other big shots. Sanjay Raut said that the way it’s covered, it feels like Sushant’s death is celebrated like a festival. He wants it to stop as it will end up making suicide a trend.
