While the wide spreading pandemic COVID-19 is turning out to be stronger than thought, many celebrities including likes of Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth have been extending monitory help to the PM Cares Fund to fight it. Singer Sona Mohapatra has now taken a dig on all and revealed that she has contributed her share and does not believe in ‘PR Tamasha’.

A Twitterati today poked Sona Mohapatra and told her to contribute to the fight against the Coronavirus. The tweet reached Sona who decided to give it back and cleared that she has already done her share and doesn’t believe in showing it off.

Sona wrote, “I have contributed to three funds already & do not believe in making a PR Tamasha out of it. So Abhijit, please contribute whatever you can afford & all you others on this #Woke Sabha please do too..most of the indignant/angry with Modi are self licensed not to in any case.”

Meanwhile, her tweet has been getting both positive and negative response from the netizens.

So long, we have seen Akshay Kumar donating 25 crores, Kartik Aaryan donating 1 crore and Varun Dhawan contributing 55 Lakhs. Celebs like Rajkummar Rao, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have also rushed in for the aide but have not enclosed the amount that they jave contributed. Celebs are also using the social media front to share awareness about the pandemic and request people to follow all the guidelines.
