Join UsAnushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film Sui Dhaaga is already making the audience excited. The makers of the movie are making sure that the buzz around the movie does not die until it hits the theatres on September 28.
Directed by Sharat Katariya, the film is said to promote the Make In India campaign besides its core narrative being finding love and respect through self reliance.
The movie revolves around Mamta (Anushka), a woman who earns her living by embroidering clothes and Mauji a tailor (Varun).Recently, Yash Raj films shared a photo of the leads of the film Mauji aka Varun and Mamta aka Anushka. With Varun Dhawan sporting a moustache, Anushka Sharma with sindhoor and bangles along with her sari, and both dressed in muted, earthy palates, one can’t be helped but be intrigued by the first look.

In the photo, Varun is seen riding a bicycle and accompanying him is sweet and simple Anushka. The caption of the photo tells us about the hard work put in by Varun and Anushka as they shot for almost 10 hours on a stretch.
Dharma productions also released a video of Anushka completely absorbed in her embroidery work.
Anushka also shared her experience in Bhopal, from making friends with horses to having fun at lunch.
