However, “Munni Badnam Hui” a song from Dabangg which proved to be one of the biggest Bollywood musical hits in the last decade will not be there this time and also Malaika Arora who danced on its beats. There were reports of Malaika not being a part of the franchise anymore and that Salman himself will be seen dancing on the song which will be a twisted version of the original song.
A source had told Asian Age, “Malaika Arora’s foot-tapping item number Munni Badnam Hui will be re-created and will feature Salman. This time, it will be presented to the audiences with a different twist. The lyrics will undergo a drastic change too. And Salman has decided to wear the overcoat of this Badnami himself and the song will be called Munna Badnaam Hua.”
Recently Malaika herself confirmed the news in a recent interview with The Times of India. When asked about the same, Malaika said, “No my dear, I am not involved with the film. Everyone involved with the project has moved on and I only wish each and everyone all the best for the venture.”
