Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber is all set to hit the big screen with a movie based on his life; that too in 3-D! The teen-sensation will be starring as himself in the biographical feature, which will include performances from his recent tour.

According to reports, Paramount Pictures is in talks with the Oscar-winning director Davis Guggenheim (An Inconvenient Truth). The 16-year-old pop and R&B singer seems excited about the venture. Bieber tweeted on August 3, 2010 that the film will involve a concert at Madison Square Garden, “Next Valentine’s we’re coming with a major 3D Movie telling the story with an Oscar winning director and also filming the tour at MSG in NYC!!”

In a short span of a couple of years since the release of his debut single, ‘One Time’, Justin has amassed a huge fan-following across the world. We spoke to a fan from India, who couldn’t stop gushing about the pop-star, “I’ve watched all his videos and I can’t wait to watch him in 3D! I love his song ‘Baby’!”

Justin is also planning to release his illustrated memoir, ‘Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story’, with Harper Collins. While the book will hit stands in October, the film is slated to come out on 11th February, next year.

Come Valentine’s Day weekend in 2011, we know where all the Bieber fans are going to be!
