Ghulam Ali, the legendary Pakistani singer whose concert was cancelled in Mumbai two days back has now accepted the invitation to perform in the capital city. He will perform in Delhi this December.
The scheduled concert of Ghulam Ali in Mumbai was kept to honor the late ghazal singer Jagjit Singh, was cancelled after Chitrapat Sena, the film wing of political party Shiv Sena threatened to disrupt the concert. Shiv Sena warned that no Pakistani artist will be allowed to perform in India till the terrorism from Pakistan stops.

This news got confirmed when Arvind Kejriwal, the CM of Delhi tweeted, “Ghulam Ali Sahib. Hum apke bahut bade fan hain. Abhi apse baat karke bahut acha laga. Thanks for agreeing to do a program in Delhi in Dec.”
The invitation for Ghulam Ali to perform in Delh,i was sent by Kapil Mishra, the Delhi tourism minister.
