The actor had taken a loan for which he had to give papers for this property as surety for the film which obviously failed to spark off a mesmeric performance, hence pushing him into severe losses.
As per the reports by a leading daily, Abhay’s 2 BHK flat in Juhu is valued at 4 crore, according to the price estimates of the neighborhood. The actor, who is currently living in Santacruz, needs to clear off his debts at the earliest or else his debt would be declared as non-performing by the bank and his Juhu flat will be seized and auctioned later.
Since the film’s music became a subject of dispute too, the producers could not earn off its music either.
