’83 NEW Poster: Ranveer Singh Hints Towards The Calm Before The Storm!

Kabir Khan’s ’83, featuring Ranveer Singh in lead, has been one of the most anticipated films of the year. The sports drama traces India’s underdog victory in the 1983 Cricket World Cup, under the captainship of Kapil Dev. Ranveer Singh plays the role of Kapil Dev in the film. The makers of the film have been constantly dropping intriguing updates about film every now and then.

And in yet another treat for fans, Ranveer Singh has shared the logo of the film. In the rather plain yet firey post, Ranveer shared an image of ’83 in the hues of orange and yellow. He captioned the post as, “It’s coming @83thefilm.”

The anticipation among fans is also high for the film owing to its impressive ensemble cast with seasoned actors like Boman Irani and Pankaj Tripathi being a pivotal part of the film.

Apart from Ranveer Singh ’83 will also feature Deepika Padukone playing the role of his on-screen wife, Romi Dev. The film also features, Saqib Saleem (Mohinder Amarnath), Harrdy Sandhu (Madan Lal), Tahir Raj Bhasin (Sunil Gavaskar), Ammy Virk (Balwinder Sandhu), Tamil actor Jiiva (Krishnamachari Srikkanth) and Sahil Khattar (Syed Kirmani), among others.

’83 is slated to release on April 10, 2020.
