Nikhil Advani’s D-Day saw a poor opening day collections. As per early estimates, the film on its first day had opened to a below average occupancy and managed to rake up an income of approx 2.75 crores at the domestic box office.
The movie made a better business in Mumbai circuit, however its mass circuits collections were poor!
The movie performed below average during morning and afternoon shows. However, the early reactions from the film has been great which resulted in a visible improvement in the film’s night shows mainly.
D-Day is mainly a multiplex film and though Bhaag Milkha Bhaag will give it a tough competition, the film can still manage to hold its ground given its powerful content.
