Contest Terms and Conditions
- Koimoi.com’s (a part of Contests2win.com India Pvt Ltd, henceforth referred to as ‘Koimoi’) is conducting and operating the Contest. Contest is open from 1st April 2015 to 6th April 2015. Participation only during this period as per the Terms and Conditions will be considered.
- Users have to complete the full contest correctly. Any wrong answer will disqualify the user from the contest.
- The fastest answer entry Winners will be selected randomly from a selected list of correct entries.
- Prizes and winners will be decided by Koimoi.com.
- There is no payment to be made to enter this contest.
- Entry into all contests is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
- Winners will be directly notified by e-mail and also published on www.koimoi.com, its associated digital platforms, social networks, all communication.
- Where any winner(s) cannot be contacted, koimoi.com reserves the right to give the prizes to the next selected user.
- In case the winner doesn’t turn up to collect the prizes after being emailed, Koimoi reserves to cancel the prize and give it to next selected user.
- The participant to win prizes needs to be a citizen of India, at least 18 years of age, with a valid original photo id for proof as per the email sent.
- No transport charges would be given to the winners while they come to collect the prizes.
- The winner(s) may have to personally come to collect the prizes from Koimoi’s (Contests2win.com India Pvt. Ltd) office only with a valid original photo id proof as per the name of the winner in the email.

- Koimoi reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time without any explanation.
- Prize claim is consent to use of the name of winner for publicity purposes by Koimoi on its/associated digital platforms, social networks, all communication.
- Prizes are not transferable to anyone else other than the name mentioned in the email.
- The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in this matter, whatsoever.
- Employees of the entire contests2win Group and its content partners are not eligible to enter.
- Decision taken by the management of koimoi.com would be final and binding on all.
- For any dispute, it would be in the jurisdiction of Mumbai only.
