Woody Allen gave career defining parts to female stars like Mia Farrow, Diane Keaton & Drew Barrymore. Allen, the forever romantic, has now chosen Emma Stone as the next best thing in Hollywood.
Having collaborated on his new movie ‘Irrational Man’ for a second time, Allen has said that Stone ‘has got it all’. He also called her one of the most talented entertainers around.
While speaking to usmagazine.com, he said, “Emma can do everything: She can act, sing, dance, astonish, and she’s beautiful and intelligent. She’s really got it all. I was writing this script and I was worried about who could possibly pull off this part, and of course Emma could.”
Allen and Stone have previously collaborated on last year’s ‘Magic in the Moonlight’. Co staring Colin Firth and Marcia Gay Harden, the film didnt get positive reviews. But that hasn’t stopped Allen from working with his leading lady again.
He further said, “Nobody ever has anything bad to say about Emma Stone. Whenever I’ve mentioned I’m working with her on a movie, people brighten up, ‘Oh I love her!’ I know why they do. She’s just adorable.”
Emma Stone was recently in the news for her break up with Spiderman star Andrew Garfield.
