Veteran Actor Shashi Kapoor was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 6th Jagran Film Festival during its closing ceremony. The 77 year old actor was bound to a wheel-chair but attended the event last night despite his ill health. Shashi Kapoor received the award from film maker Shyam Benegal.
The other Bollywood stalwarts who were part of this closing ceremony were Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sudhir Mishra, Anand L. Rai, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Sanjay Mishra, Bhumi Pednekar, Amy Jackson, Neeraj Ghaywan, Juhi Chaturvedi, Swara Bhaskar and Kaushik Ganguly.
The closing film of the festival was Sachin Kundalkar’s Hindi family drama ‘Rajwade And Sons’.
