After tasting huge success with Salman Khan starrer Kick, Sajid Nadiadwala is all set to start work on his next directorial. This time the director will be making a remake of the South Super-hit warrior movie Magadheera.
While there was ample buzz over who will be the male lead for this film, now it has been confirmed that Shahid Kapoor will be reprising Ram Charan Teja’s role from the original film. The actor recently gave a powerful performance in Haider and currently has two other projects such as Vikas Bahl’s ‘Shandaar‘ and Krishna and Raj DK’s ‘Farzi‘, thus ‘Magadheera‘ remake will have to wait for a while.
The original film starred Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead, however, the actress for its Bollywood remake is yet to confirmed.
