After Farhan Akhtar made his smashing acting debut with Rock On, the film is all set to have its sequel titled ‘Rock On 2‘. The film has been in the news for its casting and while earlier Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor were being speculated to be a part of it, recently designer Pernia Qureshi has auditioned for a role. While Prachi Desai played Farhan’s wife Sakshi in the original, she will be reprising her role in the sequel.
However, popular daily, Mumbai Mirror had recently reported that Prachi will be seen in a small role and that her character will be dying in the story leading to Farhan Akhtar eventually going for the other actress. Rubbishing all these rumors, producer Ritesh Sidhwani took to Twitter to confirm that Prachi has an important role in the film.
