Most of the times, films based on Indo-Pak issue face problems in either countries. However, Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been cleared by Pakistan censor board and it will entertain the Pakistan audience, but with the edited version. Though, Kabir Khan’s previous Ek Tha Tiger was banned in the country, this is an exception.
According to The Express Tribune (Pakistan), ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ has got a certification from censor board in Pakistan.
Mobashir Hasan, chairman of the CBFC (Pak), told The Express Tribune, “Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been approved for Eid release by the CBFC but with several cuts [in the film].”
‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is a story of a Hanuman bhakt, who helps a lost Pakistani girl to reach her home across the border crossing all the hurdles.
The film also stars Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in key roles and is all set to entertain the audience this Friday.
