Bollywood has always had a thing for ‘larger-than-life’ heroes. Be it, Amitabh Bachchan as Shehenshah or Anil Kapoor as Mr. India. Heroes becoming vigilantes has been quite common Bollywood feature and once again refreshing this concept is Emraan Hashmi’s Mr. X. Emraan plays a cop who turns into an invisible man and takes the law in his hand only to protect it. His powers of invisibility help him to not only save his life but also to help people and save the day by eradicating people breaking laws just because they are men of power.

Talking about the film, Mahesh Bhatt says, “Emraan’s character is dynamic. He is uncontrolled but finds a lot of responsibility when he discovers how he can channelise his power for the greater good. He chooses to use his powers to save the day than using his invisibility for evil, menacing needs. He takes the law in his hand but is truly incorruptable. Mr X is a family entertainer in 3D and his invisibility in 3D is the biggest larger-than-life experience that the audiences will have. Invisibility is a very cool power to have and audiences have always had a fascination for larger-than-life heroes and we are excited to see the response from them for Mr X in 3D.”
