Viacom 18 Motion Pictures along with Panorama Studios have announced the release date of their upcoming venture Drishyam starring Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor and Tabu in pivotal roles. The film is the official remake of a Malayalam murder mystery. Directed by Nishikant Kamat and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Ajit Andhare & Abhishek Pathak, the film is set to release on July 31, 2015.
Quite a smart decision to release the film, two weeks after Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan and two weeks before Akshay Kumar and Siddharth Malhotra starrer Brothers.
Drishyam has created enormous box office records in the South and now considering the release period, this Ajay Devgn starrer is bound to score its best at the Box Office.
