Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan had a rough ‘tomato’ moment on the sets of his next Happy New Year. For a song sequence of the film, Abhishek had to bite into a tomato. Wondering why it was a tough time for the actor? Well, the actor is allergic to tomatoes and hence was caught in a fix while shooting this scene.
However, Junior Bachchan was professional enough as he put up with the tomato biting scene and finished the take without creating any hoopla.
When the makers of the film, director Farah Khan and also producer of the film Shah Rukh Khan learned about Abhishek’s allergy, the actor was offered to switch the tomato taste by dressing it up with a layer of ice cream or any other food of his taste. Although acting like a thorough professional, Abhishek did not take this offer.
