Aamir Khan’s PK started out with a controversy after it released its first look poster which had Khan in a nude look holding nothing but a transistor. This poster had received a lot of flak from the audiences for the bold look that the poster unveiled. Interestingly, in spite of all the uproar that the nudity caused, the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared the promo of the film with a ‘UA’ certificate.

The trailer of the film includes this nude scene and yet the scene was cleared by the revising committee of the Censor Board. Once again this comes out as a contradictory decision on the board’s part which recently objected the use of ‘Virgin’ word in Deepika Padukone’s Finding Fanny. Also a scene portraying the bare back of Deepika had come under scrutiny of the Censor board.

PK has been directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Rajkumar Hirani and Siddharth Roy Kapur is slated to release on December 19.
