Catch the brand new song ‘Thank God It’s Friday’ from the upcoming film Himmatwala. Featuring the Dabangg lady – Sonakshi Sinha, ‘Thank God It’s Friday’ is a retro disco number, that makes us nostalgic about the 1980s era. Vintage sequined golden dress and headband, Sonakshi has sported a look which bears a striking resemblance Parveen Babi’s look in the song “Pyaar karne waale”.

In the next part of the song, Sonakshi is wearing black-coloured tight pants, a jacket and boots, which seems inspired from Sridevi’s disco look from Chaalbaaz.

Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, the music is given by Sachin-Jigar.

Himmatwala, a remake of 1983 hit movie of the same name, features actors Ajay Devgn and Tammanah. Co-produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Vashu Bhagnani, it will release on March 29.
