Sonakshi, who has worked really hard for her role, learnt bike riding and even cut down on her favourite diets to maintain her curvy figure for the film, was lured by Ajay into having a bowl of her favourite gajar ka halwa. ‘Gajar ka halwa’ being the Dabangg girl’s absolute favourite dish, she jumped on to having a spoonful of the dessert. Just as she has one spoon of the so called dessert served by chef Ajay, she could realize what she got herself into.

The tentative gazar ka halwa was nothing but chilli paste and had set Sonakshi’s tongues on complete fire with just one spoon of it. Sonaskhi admitted to have been jumping here and there, gulping bottles of water after tasting the yummy mirchi paste that her loving co-star served her with. From now, Sonakshi definitely would be cautious about all these happening around her, for sure!

‘Son of Sardar’ releases on November 13 as it faces stiff competition from Yash Chopra’s magnum opus and last film, ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’!

“This is rather strange but then true”, comments an observer, “In Dabangg it was Malaika Arora for Munni Badnaam. Rowdy Rathore had the trio of Mumaith Khan, Maryam Zakaria and Shakti Mohan for Pritam Pyaare. Chitrangda Singh is going Kaafirana for Joker and now Kareena Kapoor is the chosen one for Dabangg 2.”

Though one waits to see if Sonakshi Sinha gets some special attention for Son Of Sardaar and Lootera, her forthcoming films, one thing is certain that at least in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 she would definitely have an item number to her name. Reason being that she is said to be reprising the character of yesteryear actress Mandakini there and since the film is being pitched as a biopic, it is expected to be as close to reality as possible.

However Sonakshi Sinha isn’t overtly bothered about such item numbers waiting to fill up her resume and says that she is happy with her romantic and other dance numbers till then.

“It isn’t as if I have been deprived of a dance number”, she smiles, “I did have a lot of fun in Rowdy Rathore. Now Govinda has been special too. As for the lack of a song like Munni Badnaam in Dabangg 2 then well, I am happy with my two-three romantic songs that I have with Salman Khan there. That is good enough for me so no regrets.”
