Raaz 3 Shows Strong Numbers at the Box Office
Raaz 3 opened up pretty well at the box office on Friday with 10.50 Crores. The movie had made about 0.50 Crores via paid previews on Thursday. Come Saturday and the movie showed a good trend yet again. As per early estimated Raaz 3 made an approx 11 Crores on it’s 1st Saturday at the Box Office, which also brings up it’s domestic total to about 22 Crores. The movie is sure headed for a 33-34 Crore 1st Weekend.

Many of the collection centers which had shown a poor response on Day 1 showed a good jump on Saturday and this might account for Saturday being a better day than Friday for Raaz 3 at the box office. The collection might even be higher than 11 Crores if the movie did very well at the late night shows.
Joker offered no resistance at all to Raaz 3. In fact the Akshay Kumar starrer had a way lower Day 1 collection than that of Raaz 3. On one hand Joker made 4.60 Crores on Day one on the other Raaz 3 made 10.50 Crores. It seems Emraan Hashmi is the new charmer around.

ekdam bakwas.a keysa raaz hai,jo sabko maloom.vikram bhaat ka dimag kharab ho geya ha.lagta hai wo jinda inshan nahi,aatma hai.lekin imran is a good actor.

It’s not Emraan’s charm. The fact is India is a sex-starved nation and sex always works at Indian box office. The proof is – Jism 2 and hate story. Even a less know actress/actor pulled crowd to theater. Raaz is a hit franchise itself. So, a good collection was always on its plate.
