English Vinglish 2nd Tuesday Box Office Collections
English Vinglish is still outperforming last Friday’s releases Aiyyaa and Bhoot Returns. The Sridevi starrer made about o.65 Crores on its 2nd Tuesday at the domestic box office. English Vinglish now holds a domestic box office total of about 29.5 Crores. The movie has also made another 17.50 Crores at the overseas box office.

OMG Oh My God! and English Vinglish are proving to be classic examples of good content making it large at the box office. The release of Student Of The Year might effect the box office journey of both these movies but they have done pretty well so far in their box office run at the domestic box office.

It was a lovely movie which would have done very well if it had been marketed correctly. I almost did not watch it, because I thought it would be similar to Mind your language and I did not like that series. Having said that Sridevi was brilliant. She looked, behaved like a middle class housewife. She did not even once appear to be acting which is the feeling I always get when I watch Priyanka Chopra’s movies- a stylish girl pretending to be a chawl-dweller, etc. Her relationship with her mom-in-law, children and even the relationship with her french admirer- amazing. Why does Bollywood and the viewers put people on a shelf because of their age…
OMG made more than EV overall ,but Overseas collection of EV highe than OMG. Surprising.
But will English Vingish cross Jism2 collection ( 33+ crores) in india BO
