Barfi! Crosses 100 Crores at the Domestic Box Office

Barfi! made 2.40 Crores on its 3rd Monday at the domestic box office. Moving on to Tuesday which incidentally was a national holiday on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the movie showed a huge jump, making approx 4 Crores.
The Ranbir Kapoor starrer has finally achieved what many thought was only possible for typical Bollywood ‘Masala’ Flicks. It seems good content is still appreciated in Bollywood. Yes, you guessed it right, Barfi! now joins the elite 100 Crores club. Though it was sure to do so in due course of time, this achievement has been pretty quick for a genre movie like Barfi!
Anurag Basu is sure to celebrate his movie’s 101.50 Crores at the domestic box office. Add another 26.50 Crores from the overseas box office collections and you will know that Barfi! stands at a mammoth worldwide box office collection of 128 Crores.
Ranbir Kapoor has proven himself both as an actor and a box office asset with his performance in Barfi! Also, this is Priyanka Chopra’s 2nd 100 Crore film this year after Agneepath which had grossed 123 Crores plus at the domestic box office.

BARFI = BORROWED AND RECYCLED FOR INDIANS, Nothing is going to change, this is india, ranbir kapoor is star’s son and hence given preference in bollywood fraternity and indian oscar review commitee, nepotism rules india, shame a good movie like paan singh tomaar was shunned for a copied movie like barfi
if ranbir’s acting is copy from mr bean and chaplin then what about emotions…u people always would make fun of the country and abilities…we should proud of actors like ranbir…barfi is outstanding movie…and the scenes are not copied it is inspired from hollywood movies as the director said…he has put those scene in movie bcoz he has seen thos movie many times and these scenes were in his mind…
